We had initially intended to visit Lake Como after Lucerne but, after not being able to find any affordable accommodation, decided to stop by Milan as it was in the right direction of our next stop, the Italian Riviera. We stayed just around the corner from the Duomo, which was magnificent, and had a lot of fun wandering the streets filled with high fashion.

We enjoyed a delicious charcuterie and cheese plate at Signorvino accompanied by a delicious bottle of 2009 Chianti Classico. Bellissima!
